I call him Charlie.

My camera still sucks, so sorry for the pic quality. His feathers are metalic, the horseparts are modeled after a norwegian fjord (so much love).

I think I'm getting better at the sculpting part, but the painting kicks my ass. I have no idea where the design came from. He kinda designed himself. There's a lot to improve here, but really, for once, I'm quite pleased with myself. If only it didn't take SO LONG to make one sculpture.
